Congratulations to Denise Hernandez - Lazaro, Jefferson High School graduate who was recently awarded a scholarship from the Jefferson County Democratic Executive Committee. Representatives of the committee pictured are Evy Friend, Gladys Roann Watson, and Jamia Bradley. Also pictured supporting the student is Superintendent Jackie Pons. In July, four other students were awarded scholarships: Tyler Vojtasek, Jefferson High School, Ethan Bass, Natalie Clark and Megan Wellman - graduates of Aucilla Christian Academy. We congratulate all of these students for their achievements and wish for them a bright future!
